CHACRA

Before I began this project, between two different cuisines: Mexican and Peruvian. I chose Peruvian cuisine due to its diverse array of dishes and widespread recognition for its uniqueness. My decision was also influenced by my firsthand experiences in Peru, where I've had the opportunity to sample a wide variety of dishes on multiple occasions, thanks to my cousins who reside there. The concept behind Chacra restaurant revolves around four distinct stations, each inspired by different weather conditions.
